What is an MIT?
Most Important Tasks — up to three required focus items on your daily plan, plus unlimited backups on the same screen.
What is the difference between a Goal and a Project?
A Goal is large, time-bound, and measurable, with levels and a full planning cycle. A Project is one focused outcome with daily planning by default and optional weekly/monthly/retro toggles.
What are planning gates?
For Goals, monthly and weekly planning stay blocked until that Goal’s annual plan is complete. There is no global app lock — only a per-Goal gate.
What are Free tier limits?
Free includes limited Projects, Goals, and Areas (Inbox is excluded). Premium is unlimited via admin grant in MVP — no public checkout yet.
What are processes vs process-like tasks?
Eight built-in system planning processes stay on automatically. Process-like tasks are regular tasks with a PROCESS tier and gear icon — they are not linked to those system processes.
How does waitlist access work?
